Sedgefield Town Council will be holding a Public Meeting at 5:30pm on Monday 20th April 2026 in the main hall at the Parish Hall to provide residents with an opportunity to express their views about the planning application proposing a large-scale housing development on land to the West of A689 Junction/Stockton Road, Sedgefield.
The Town Council is keen to know the views of residents regarding this planning application and your views will help the Town Council to make its response to Durham County Council, the Local Planning Authority. We must stress that it is also important that residents who have comments on this application, both for and against, must also submit those directly to Durham County Council via its planning portal.
