Sedgefield Town Council are looking to appoint a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team and work 25 hours per week at the Town Council offices as follows:
Monday 8.30am – 1.30pm
Tuesday 8.30am – 1.30pm
Wednesday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Thursday 8.30am – 1.30pm
Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm
The purpose of this role is to operate the reception area during public opening times including welcoming visitors, answering telephone and email enquires as well as undertake administrative support work to support the Town Clerk including routine clerical tasks, record keeping and filing. This role requires the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
